The terms for using Faceless Reels, including subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Faceless Reels (facelessreels.video) is operated by Weier Tech Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Weier Tech Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Faceless Reels is an online tool for making faceless short videos. It can write scripts, generate voiceovers, captions, images and video clips, add music, render finished videos, and publish them to social accounts you connect. We add, change and retire features over time, and some tools may be unavailable in some periods.
You can sign up with email or with a Google or GitHub account. Keep your login secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@facelessreels.video if you think someone else has used it.
Topics, scripts, prompts, uploaded files and the videos you make remain yours. You allow us to store, process and display that content only as far as needed to run the service for you, for example to render a video or publish it to an account you connected.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for making sure what you publish follows the law and the rules of the platform you publish to.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to what other users receive. Review scripts, voiceovers, captions and visuals before you publish them. We do not promise views, followers, platform approval, monetization or income.
If you connect a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account, we publish only the videos you choose, with the title, caption, privacy settings and publish time you set. Scheduled videos are published at the time you pick. Each platform decides whether to accept, review or remove a post, and its own terms apply to what you publish there. Publishing to YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect an account at any time under Settings → Social publishing.
Video generation uses credits. Subscriptions add credits each billing period, and one-time credit packages can be bought separately. Prices, plan contents and the renewal interval are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
When a video fails to generate because of a problem on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
You can cancel at any time, without contacting us:
After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your plan and its remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
Monthly plans. You can ask for a refund of a monthly subscription payment when both of these are true:
Annual plans. You can ask for a refund of an annual subscription payment. We charge each month you have used, counting a month you have started as used, at the price of the monthly plan, and refund the rest of what you paid for the year. If the months used add up to more than the annual payment, there is nothing left to refund.
Credit packages. One-time credit packages cannot be refunded.
To ask for a refund, email support@facelessreels.video from your account email and say which payment you mean. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer decides how long the money takes to appear. When a subscription payment is refunded, the credits it added are removed and the subscription is cancelled.
This does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your current subscription payment.
We provide the service "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, Weier Tech Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost channel income. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the calendar month in which the claim arises.
When we change these Terms, we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we also notify account holders by email. If you keep using the service after a change, the new Terms apply.
