Faceless Reels (facelessreels.video) is operated by Weier Tech Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions can go to support@facelessreels.video.
Account information. Your email address, name and profile picture. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive these from that provider. We do not receive your Google or GitHub password.
Payment information. Stripe processes all payments. From Stripe we receive your plan, payment status and amounts. We never see or store your card number.
Content you create. Topics, scripts, prompts, uploaded images, audio and video, voice and style choices, and the videos we generate for you.
Connected social accounts. If you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, we store the details listed under "YouTube API Services" and "Publishing to TikTok and Instagram" below.
Usage and device information. Pages you visit, features you use, your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, and how you arrived at the site.
Support messages. What you send us by email.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train AI models.
You can connect your own TikTok account, or an Instagram professional account linked to a Facebook Page, under Settings → Social publishing.
We request only the permissions needed to publish:
user.info.basic (your display name and avatar) and video.publish (post a video you choose).instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement. These let us find the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account and publish a Reel to Instagram. We do not post to your Facebook Page. What we store: the account ID, username, display name and avatar, the name and ID of the linked Facebook Page, the access tokens the platform issues, and a record of each video you publish, including caption, status, post link and any error message.
What we send: only the video you choose to publish, its caption, and your privacy and sharing settings. We publish only when you click publish. We do not read your comments, followers, messages or analytics.
To disconnect, click Disconnect next to the account under Settings → Social publishing. This deletes the stored tokens and profile details from our systems. To also revoke our access on the platform side, remove Faceless Reels in TikTok's app permissions or in Facebook's business integrations settings.
Faceless Reels uses YouTube API Services so you can publish your videos to your own YouTube channel, right away or at a time you schedule. You connect your channel under Settings → Social publishing by signing in with Google and approving access.
We request access to upload videos to your channel and to read your channel's basic details, such as its name, ID and thumbnail, so we can show you which channel is connected.
What we send to YouTube: only the videos you choose to publish, with the title, description, tags, category, privacy status and scheduled publish time you set.
What we store: your channel ID, name and thumbnail, the access and refresh tokens Google issues, and a record of each upload, including video ID, link, privacy and scheduling status and any error message.
What we do not do: we do not read your comments, subscribers, analytics, playlists or other videos. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with anyone except as needed to publish your videos. We only publish when you ask us to, either immediately or at the time you scheduled.
Scheduled publishing: if you turn it on for a channel, each video you finish after that is uploaded to the channel and made public at the next publish time you set, one video per time, until you turn it off. You can see and change the times under Settings → Social publishing.
Faceless Reels' use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.
To disconnect, click Disconnect next to the channel under Settings → Social publishing. This deletes the stored tokens and channel details from our systems and withdraws our access with Google. You can also revoke access at any time from Google's security settings.
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only what each one needs:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect users or the service from fraud or abuse.
Our providers operate servers in several countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When it is, we rely on the providers' standard contractual protections.
We keep account data and your videos while your account exists. When you delete a video, its files are deleted. You can delete your account under Settings → Security. When you do, your content, connected social accounts and publishing records are deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data expires on the schedule set by each analytics provider.
Connections to the site use HTTPS, access to production systems is restricted, and payment card data is handled only by Stripe. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses of it. Email support@facelessreels.video from your account email. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For significant changes we also notify account holders by email.
