harry0703/MoneyPrinterTurbo is the original repo. MoneyPrinterTurbo-extended and the various v2 forks are community versions that add their own features, and each needs its own install and API keys. This hosted version follows the original workflow, so there is no repo, branch or fork to pick.
Do I need to install Python, Docker or a GPU?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The self-hosted project needs Python and Docker, and a GPU is recommended for local Whisper subtitles — the hosted version removes all of that.
What are the system requirements, and what if the install fails?
Self-hosting wants a recent Python, Docker, several GB of disk for models, and enough RAM for rendering — which is where most failed installs come from, whether that is a Windows dependency error, a Docker build that will not finish or an ffmpeg that is missing. Nothing installs here: the requirement is a browser.
Can I run MoneyPrinterTurbo in Google Colab instead?
The repo ships a Colab notebook, which works but still needs you to supply API keys, and the session resets when the runtime disconnects. This hosted version keeps your projects and rendered videos in your account instead.
