Answers about billing, credits, and plan limits

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our checkout provider, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available.
How are credits deducted for video generation?
Each generation uses credits based on the video workflow. Current Brainrot MOV and YouTube Automation videos use 5 credits per video, so 50 credits is about 10 videos.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and are meant to be used in the current cycle. Extra credit packs are separate from subscription credits.
What if I need more credits?
You can upgrade your plan or buy an extra credit package from the pricing or billing area when you need more volume.
How do I check my credit balance?
After signing in, you can check your credit balance from the top navigation or the Credits page in your account settings.
Are there any hidden fees?
Plan prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or local fees, when required, are calculated by the payment provider at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the billing area. Canceling stops future renewals but does not remove credits already granted for the active billing period.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
You can use exported videos for your own channels and client projects, but you are responsible for following platform rules and making sure prompts, scripts, assets, and final videos do not violate third-party rights.
