The licence and the generation are priced separately
Buyers describe expecting the one-time payment to cover making videos, then finding it buys access while image and video generation draws on a credit balance. ToonBee’s terms page defines "unlimited" as the absence of a metered balance rather than as infinite output.
Don’t lead me to believe that I am getting everything, only to reveal afterwards that I need to keep paying if I actually want to use the product properly.

ToonBee’s reviewers rate its character consistency highly, and it has the longer track record there — this workbench has a Characters step of its own, but if a recurring cast across a long series is the whole point of your channel, weigh that seriously.
